Instructions

  • Please clink this link to review & complete the entire Rental Application, via Docusign.  Once the applicant has completed the application, Docusign will email a copy directly to our application department for review.
  • An application must be completed for each person regardless of marital status.
  • In addition to the application, you will be required to fax or email a copy of your drivers license and a proof of income/pay-stub(we do not accept Bank Statements or Tax Returns as proof of income).   This information can be Faxed to 773-697-7289 or it can be scanned  and emailed to apply@sreholdings.com (attachment size is limited to 3MB)
  • If you prefer to print and fill out a hard copy of the application, you can click on this link to view printable pdf. Please note that you must sign pages 4 & 5 and do not email photos of the completed application or it will be rejected. You must submit the application either by fax or scan and send via email.
  • SRE Holdings will require a co-signor for all students or unemployed applicants.
  • Application Fee Schedule: $50 per applicant / $75 per couple / extra $25 for co-signor. All application fees should be paid at RentPayment.com. Please not that if you pay by E-check there are no additional fees.
  • 1 month security deposit, 1st month’s rent and pet fee (if applicable) would be needed at lease execution.
  • We will not process the application until all required items are submitted and the application fee has been paid.
